Return Stock
Applies to Part Control
Return Adjustment is the item return from work order. As a part control, you need to manage the return stock by adding the item back into the system.
1. From the navigation menu, go to PART CONTROL and click on Return Stock.
2. You are now on Return Stock Page. This page will display a list of return stock history that have been returned.
If there are new items being returned, you will be able to see an alert message pop up as shown below:
3. Click on Show button in the ACTION column to see more details.
Adding New Return Stock
To add a new return stock, please follow the steps below:
1. Click on Add New button in the top right corner of the page.
2. Click Add Part button and you will be able to view the list of returned stock.
3. Click Choose button to select item.
4. Then, click Return button to return stock into the system. There are cancel button if you want to cancel.
